Betty married Grey and became Betty Grey.
Betty was so upset by her father's desertion when she was still very young that she changed her name by deed poll to Gordon-Creed on 21st day of October 1941 as did her brother. Her Deed Poll notice gives her former name as Eckstein so presumably she used her step mother's name for a while prior to 21/10/1941. The notice describes her as a spinster of Solai in the Colony and Protectorate of Kenya. Betty was a coffee planter in Kenya before Maumau.
