Frank was educated at the Grammar School, Bury St Edmunds, under Dr. Malkin, admitted 1814, and at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, admitted 11th November 1822, BA 1827; ordained deacon (Norwich) 10th June 1827; ordained priest (Norwich) 8th June 1828 and proceeded to MA in 1830. Appointed Rector of Hemley, Suffolk and Perpetual Curate of St Mary-le-Tower, Ipswich in 1831, both posts being held until his death in the parish of St Margaret's, Ipswich on Saturday, 6th April 1844.
Frank and Mary Anne were second cousins.
