Emily was Diana Cooke's great grandmother. Diana wrote on 9/4/17 that her late husband was an accountant later ordained into the Anglican Church. "We appreciated Robert Runcie's leadership and humour as Archbishop; I was a great admirer of his wife for helping to 'liberate' clergy 'wives' from their pigeon holes and allow them to be people in their own right! The climate changed enormously once women started to be ordained".
