Lilly celebrated her 100th birthday on 12th March 2022 with her family, and this was followed the next day by a party with her church friends who provided cake and fizz.  Having lived independently until Easter 2022 she had a fall and had to go into a home.  In July it seems she was exhausted and felt that her time was up.  Her funeral was a wonderful joyous celebration of a life well lived with everyone complying with her wishes in wearing only bright clothing,
