#15328, Mary MEYSEY

Mary was christened on 3rd of March 1754 in Pirton, Worcestershire. 

Mary and John had a son William (1771-1847) who married Mary Beaumont.  Mary and William had a son Septimus born in 1830 in Wath upon Dearne, Yorkshire who married Mary Ann Leake (1834-1903) born and died in Rotherham, Yorkshire.

NOTE:  Recent research claims that this John Turton is NOT the John Turton who fathered William Turton who married Mary Beaumont

Another son is recorded as Henry Turton (7/6/1785, Eccleshall - 20/10/1861, Betley, Staffs) who married Harriet Elizabeth Northen born 21/9/1805, Newcastle under Lyme.  They had a daughter Julia (1832-17/9/1899) who married John Erskine Douglas Stewart (13/1/1830-2/8/1870) 

Mary's father was Thomas Meysey (1710-1762) and her mother was Mary Bibb (born 1717).  They are said to have married 21/05/1746
