Known as John of Rickinghall but originally from Walsham le Willows, Suffolk. (Shown as still living 1730). The Trust has a copy of a family tree headed Amys of Ashfield which goes back another 3 generations. This is almost certainly the Ashfield in Suffolk a little to the east of Debenham.
