Parr William Kingsmill was the son of Parr Kingsmill born 1786 and died 04 03 1840 Kingsbury, Ireland (?) and Mary Simmons born 1795 and died 1884 in Ireland. They married 18 08 1817(army wedding). From the Canadian British Regimental Registers of Service:- On 13 09 1808, Parr Kingsmill was with the 88th Foot Soldiers. A document was found with his wife applying for a pension on her husband's death in 1840 on which she states her marriage and that she has no money being a widow.
