Whilst at Deloitte, Esther covered the energy and resources sector. On 14th September 2022 Esther announced her engagement to Joshua (Josh) Laurence Sprey (born 1995) in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, son of Laurence Sprey and Helene Decrock of High Salvington, Worthing, West Sussex. They were married in Chichester in 2024.
