Charles and Sarah Ann had eleven children. In the 1901 Census, Sarah Ann and Charles are living apart. Sarah Ann (Head) is living with her children and father Samuel in Middleton, Essex whilst Charles (a Brickmaker) is living with his brother Robert and family (an Innkeeper) in Halstead, Essex.
