Oenone's early interest in art was triggered by her mother's silversmithing evening classes.  Sadly, her mother died young but Oenone's art is very much alive and well.  Her early ambitions centred around embroidery and millinery but for the best part of 16 years now her focus has been on Copper work where she has developed special patination techniques, and for the last 3 years on jewellery.  Her work can be enjoyed at www.oenonemetalsculptures.co.uk along with a range of quirky but delightful greeting cards.  She sometimes makes headpieces to order with a particular liking for fascinators and enjoys drawing, painting and singing.  Above all she likes to produce art that makes people HAPPY.
