Beaujolais Inez Wodehouse was the daughter of Capt. Philip George Wodehouse RN DSO born 26 11 1883 Devon and died 4 4 1973 Barnstaple, Devon aged 89 and Beaujolais Theresa Constance Ridout born 23 8 1889 Newcastle upon Tyne and died 24 12 1986 Famouth, Cornwall. They married 25 12 1915 and divorced in 1928. Philip George Wodehouse remarried June 1928 Plymouth, Devon to Alice Margaret Rowe born 27 1 1901 Penzance, Cornwall and died Feb 1997 Truro, Cornwall. There were no children.

Capt. Wodehouse had served in both WW1 and WW2.

Beaujolois celebrated her 100th birthday in a care home in Cornwall with a family party. Her daughter Kate Tyrell said it was a remarkable achievement and definitely a cause for celebration. "We are all very proud of her."
