Sq/Ldr Jackson-Taylor died in an air accident on his way to a conference in Malta with 14 other delegates when the aircraft plunged into the sea (poor navigation reported). He had been married previously in 1918 Kensington, London to Joyce B Webster. In his Death Notice, it states he was the loving father to Pam Lakin Bampton Grange (daughter).
