Henry's parents were Francis Henry Romilly DSO born 1879 in India, who died, Killed in Action 25/9/1915 in Pas de Calais, France and Jeannie Austin Servantes Melville born 17/1/1881, in Demirance British Guiana who died in 1956 in Hastings, Sussex. Jeannie was the younger daughter of Sir George Melville, KCMG, and Lady Melville.
