Thomas Job Syer Hanmer had previously married on 13th May 1823, Harriet Dawson (b 1789 d 10/10/1831 in Suffolk). They had two children; Harriet Anne Hanmer (d 7/2/1887) and Caroline Augusta Hanmer (d 14/3/1913). Thomas's parents were Job Hanmer (b 4/12/1749 d 4/1814 in Suffolk) and Hannah Maria Syer (d 8/5/1784 in Suffolk).
