Hall married Harriet Montague Crosley who died in 1834. Their daughter Emmaline Plumer was born in Yorkshire in 1796 and died in Old Malton, Yorkshire in 1875. Emmaline married Henry Preston, born 30th June 1783 in Bulmer, Yorkshire who died 28th November 1837 also in Malton. Their daughter was Ellen Sophia Preston, born 1837 in Yorkshire.
