Harriet, who was the youngest daughter, became an invalid about 1914 and used a wheel chair for the rest of her life. Her funeral took place at Frinton and she was buried in the cemetery at Sudbury, Suffolk.
A newspaper announcement dated 1885 (but paper unknown) reads as follows: KERR - COBBOLD - Oct 6th at the Parish Church, Brightlingsea, by the Rev A Pertwee MA, vicar, assisted by the Rev G C M Hall MA, curate, John James, eldest son of Stewart Kerr Esq, Anerley, to Harriet Elizabeth, youngest daughter of Arthur T Cobbold Esq, Brightlingsea Park, Essex.
