#222, Mary Hay CRAWFORD

Returned to live in England with her daughters leaving the Argentine 22nd March 1901 after Frederick's death. In the 1911 Census, Mary is living in Whitley, Northumberland with her five daughters.

At the time of her death the children's ages were May 17, Dorothy about 15, Winifred 14, Aida 13 and Mildred 11.

A newspaper announcement dated 1890 (but paper unknown) reads as follows:  COBBOLD - CRAWFORD - On the 9th Oct. at the Civil Register, Adrogue, and afterwards at the Scotch Church, Buenos Ayres, by the Rev. J W Fleming, Frederick G Cobbold, son of Arthur Thomas Cobbold, Brightlingsea, Colchester, England, to Mary, daughter of the late Robert Henry Crawford of Liverpool.  No cards.
