#2184, Frank Kitchener Chevallier BOUTELL

Frank was an Argentine lawyer and sportsman; player and vice president of the Club Universitario de Buenos Aires. His father was born in England and his mother belonged to an ancient family with Creole roots. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires.
He started his playing career with Buenos Aires F.C. before playing in the Universitario team where he won the URBA championship of 1931. Frank served as honorary secretary of the Argentine Rugby Union in 1932 and was its vice president in 1949 to 1950.
