#216, Thomas Henry COBBOLD

1871 census shows him as a Brandy Merchant and 1881 as a Wine Merchant. He married in 1886, had a son in 1887 (still a wine merchant), was with his parents in Brightlingsea in 1891 whilst his son was with his grandfather in Tendring. He dies (allegedly in Australia from heart failure) in 1895 and by 1901 his son is with his mother who has remarried in Clacton, Essex. We have not been able to authenticate his going to Australia.
