Agnes was the daughter of John Milliton of Meavy, Devon, and Elizabeth Worthe. She (Agnes) and Richard had 3 sons and 3 daughters. The eldest daughter Cecily (Cissil)(1547?-1564) married Thomas Fortescue of Winston; Elizabeth married John Crocker (1506-1531 or 1547) of Lyneham and Sarah (1514) married Edward Calmady. The other two sons were Francis (1512) and Richard (1510 - 1552).
