NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership here to fore subsisting between us the undersigned, James Woodman Astley Cooper and George Hagill Dobson, carrying on the business of an Inebriate Retreat, known as "The Ghyll Retreat," at Hassness, Buttermere, in the county of Cumberland, under'the style or firm of "THE GHYLL RETREAT," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of June, 1908.
All debts due to and owing by the saidlate firm will be received and paid by the'said James Woodman Astley Cooper, who will carry on the business under the same style.
