Charlotten Montgomery's funeral was held at the Brompton Cemetery, London.

Charlotten was the daughter of Henry Victor Montgomery of Gothenburg, Sweden; succeeded to the Kinlet estate 1900, on the death of her second husband, and on her death was succeeded by her third husband. Lotten married second, 29 11 1884 at St Jude's Church, South Kensington (by Special Licence) Charles Baldwyn Childe born 1853, eldest son of Charles Orlando Childe-Pemberton, DL, JP, of Millichope Park, Salop (Burke's Landed Gentry); educated at Harrow (September 1866 - July 1872); Christ Church, Oxford (matric 11 10 1872 aged 19); discontinued the use of the surname Pemberton, 1884; DL, JP, High Sheriff of Salop, 1899; of Kinlet Hall, Bewdley and of Millichope Park (sold 1891), Salop; Lieut., Royal Horse Guards; Capt and Hon. Major, Shropshire Imperial Yeomanry; served in Egyptian Expedition, 1882 and in South African War, 1899 - 1902; killed in action at Talana Hill, South Africa; monument to his memory in Kinlet Church: "killed while leading the South African Light Horse, in the attack on Sugar Loaf Hill (now called Childe's Hill) ....."

Lotten married third, July 1901, in Cleobury Mortimer district, Col. Ralph Bromfield Willington Fisher born 20 7 1854; only son of Capt. Ralph Bromfield Fisher of Oakhill, Tonbridge; educated Harrow and Cambridge; Col. 10th Hussars; (11 07 1901, on his marriage, assumed by deed poll the surname of Fisher-Childe; CB (1900), DL, JP, of Kinlet Hall, Bewdley, Salop; on Lotten's death, succeeded to the Kinlet estate and remarried 1924. Died October 1936.
